Turnaround Time

The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. For details, see individual items or email.

Returns & exchanges

In most cases, we will accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations

Contact me within: 3 days of delivery

Ship items back within: 7 days of delivery

Request a cancellation within: 12 hours of purchase

The following items can't be returned or exchanged. Can only be cancelled with both parties’ agreement.

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

FAQs:

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, if it's within 12 hours of purchase. If you request a cancellation after that grace period, we may not be able to cancel. If we do cancel, we reserve the right to charge 10% fee.

How do I care for my iron work?

Unless a particular finish or paint color is specified/requested, all items in my shop will have a natural linseed oil/wax finish. This protects the metal from the elements. We love the way this finish brings out the beauty in the wrought iron. If you ask, yes, this is what we recommend!

Do you have anything in stock?

Typically, no. We make everything one a time in our shop. Nothing is mass produced. Unless we have some freshly returned item, we do not have anything in stock.

Do you offer any other finishes?

Yes, see all OF OUR AVAILABLE FINISHES BY CLICKING HERE . You can order samples by emailing us. We charge $5 per sample, shipped. We will happily refund you completely for the samples if you return them in good condition within 7 business days after you receive them.

What are your shipping policies for larger items like firescreens, fire grates, pot racks, curtain rods, etc?

We ship via UPS with insurance, but we need you to do your part if something is wrong with the package. If you do find that there is ANY DAMAGE, it's very important that you photograph ALL SIDES of the box, including the LABEL, AND the packing material inside, WITH the screen inside the package, and then clearly photograph any DAMAGE TO THE product. Also keep all damaged material in it's current condition until UPS instructs us otherwise. Please call us if you have any questions or concerns. 540-333-6655. UPS VOIDS OUR INSURANCE CLAIMS IF WE CANNOT PRESENT ALL OF THE APPROPRIATE PHOTOS. We cannot refund you or replace any product if we do not have what UPS requires.
